Effluince Legal

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Effluince collects, uses, and protects information when someone visits our sites, requests a roadmap, or applies to discuss our services.

1. Who we are

“Effluince,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating effluince.com and watch.effluince.com. This policy applies to those sites, our forms, and communications related to them.

2. Information we collect

We collect information that you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, market or service area, sales-volume range, answers to qualification or roadmap questions, and the contents of messages you send us.

We may also collect limited technical and usage information, such as device and browser type, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from an IP address, and campaign parameters. We collect this information through server logs, cookies, and similar technologies when they are enabled.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide the item or response you requested, review an application, schedule and prepare for a strategy call, create a personalized roadmap, communicate about Effluince services, improve our site and services, prevent abuse, and measure advertising performance.

If you provide an email address, we may send operational messages about your request. We may also send relevant Effluince updates where permitted by law. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We share information only as reasonably necessary to operate our business and deliver what you request. This can include service providers that host our site, manage leads and email communications, schedule meetings, store form submissions, provide analytics, and measure advertising performance. Current categories include hosting providers, Google services, GoHighLevel/LeadConnector, Calendly, and Meta where applicable.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

5. Cookies, advertising, and your choices

We may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand site use, and measure advertising performance. If we use Meta Pixel or similar optional advertising technology, we will use it only according to the consent choices required where you are located. You can revisit the “Privacy Choices” link in the site footer to change our optional-technology setting. You can also change browser settings to limit cookies, although some site features may not work as intended.

Under certain U.S. state privacy laws, use of advertising technology may be considered “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To ask us not to sell or share your information in that way, contact us using the details below. Opting out does not affect transactional or service messages related to a request you submit.

6. Data retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including business operations, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and recordkeeping. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to object to or limit certain processing. You may also have the right to opt out of certain uses for targeted advertising. We may ask for information needed to verify your request before responding.

8. Children

Our sites and services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Third-party links

Our sites may link to third-party services, such as YouTube, Calendly, and social platforms. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. For a privacy request or question, contact privacy@effluince.com.
